,the morning dawn shone brightly over the land. the birds were twittering, and the world seemed bright. even though the nearby woods were covered with frost and slave's breath rose from the earth as dragon's breath a light shone through.
,Dawn stood tall and still like a timeless statue. Miss Havisham was not there for the old wolf grew old and her bones bothered her on cold winter mornings such as this. So, her good friend Morning Dawn took her place. the wolfess was an enigma her eyes a milky white color that shone with the many colors of the rainbow. her midnight coat shone with the faint light from the winter sun and it seemed to give off light rather than sucking it in like most dark coats did. her ears flicked a pesy fly from them and she waited for the new arrivals Miss Havisham was expecting. the shy wolfess was afraid and did not know what to expect but she knew her master would not put her in danger. so the captivating sight of Dawn waited patiently. Shanook You better be tough... Lips peeled back in the beginnings of a snarl, a growl rumbling from deep inside a massive maned wolf's broad chest. Muscles rippled underneath the brute's pelt of flame, and eyes darker than a starless midnight sky glittered coldly as he moved forward. Fangs whiter than snow but stained red at the tips were bared and gleaming in the sun; this brujo was nothing but a menace. Two wolves followed him, one male, one female, both with torn, bloody ears. The male's belly was split open, but the blood had stopped flowing a while ago, and was now drying into an unappealing crust the color of rusted metal. There was a small scratch on the maned wolf's shoulder that was drying up, but other than that, he was unharmed. Had there just recently been a fight between the three? The answer to that is definitely a yes. Miro, the badly injured brute, had sneaked out of the Slave School once before, for Miss Havisham had not been doing her job well, and mounted his master's mate, Cecilia, obviously attempting to twine himself with the love of his life forever with a litter of pups. Enraged, Shanook, the leader of Benstripe Woods, had attacked him and mercilessly ripped him to shreds. Idess, the fem who was trailing a ways behind, had interfered with the beating and slashed at her master with sharp ivories, giving him the long-but-not-deep cut on his shoulder.
"Get moving, you two useless wastes of valuable life!"
Vocals were deep and edged with an uncontrollable anger. The red fur along his shoulders would not lay flat, and Shanook had to use a great deal of self-control not to leap backwards and rip his Omegas to shreds as he thought of the events that had happened earlier that day. Oh well... even if I can't maul them yet again, I'm sure Miss Havisham will. However, as he carried himself smoothly over the top of the last massive hill and down into the Slave School, the only wolfess that met his eyes was not the bodice of Miss Havisham, but of a strange new vix the color of inky. As he got closer, Nook learned that she was not too bad looking, but definitely not his taste; perhaps Miro will learn to behave himself under a vix such as the new teacher.
"You must be Morning Dawn. Miss Havisham mentioned that she was not going to be in today. I must warn you, though, that these two are probably the worst students that you are ever going to have to encounter. Idess here is the arrogant former alphaess of Crimson Rock who thinks she rules the world, while Miro is a big-headed rapist. The two of them are my new Omegas, so treat them however cruelly as you wish."
The brute's little speech was brief and right to the point. He could see fear in Morning Dawn's eyes, and almost shook his head in anger. What Miro and Idess needed was a firm little b.tch who wasn't afraid to beat the sh.t out of them should they ever get out of line. Nook had serious doubts that this was a wolfess who could do something like that, but then again, she could surprise him. Perhaps, behind her wall of fear, was such a firmness that even he would bow down to should it ever be necessary. ...If you're to train my arrogant Omegas

Miro's PromiseWhy did I end up back here?Torn, bruised, and bloody, a male wolf limped down the trail. His blue-grey fur was ripped and small patches lay bare, exposed to the elements. One ear was missing almost all of the tip and it sagged dejectedly, a match to its owner. If ever Miro had close to submissive in his life, he was certainly so now.
And what choice did he have?
Miro had tried to bond his love with Cecilia in the most precious and sacred way possible; with pups. But now he would not even think about her again. The wretch had betrayed him. She had promised him love but instead gave him pain. And Shanook . . . Shanook had been the harbinger of pain and despair. Cecilia was a wretch.
But Idess was an angel. She was perfect, she was different than anything other femme Miro had met. Miro couldn't describe what he felt for her. It was not pure lust, as he felt for other vixens. It was not a lusting love, as he had felt for Cecilia. Never had someone actually tried to do something for his good. Oh, some had done things for him because he was of higher rank, or because they owed him something, but Idess . . . What reason did she have to put her life on the line for him? Why would she give up the harsh but secure place of slave to become Omega, just because of him? For the first time in his life, Miro felt unworthy of a creatures devotion.
It wasn't long before the trio arrived at the training school. Miro cringed as they entered, expecting Miss Havisham to give him an earful and a smack on the maw. But instead of a grizzly old hag, a young, timid, beautiful wolfess stood waiting for them. At any other time, Miro would have been completely taken with her. He would have talked about her eyes and the beauty of her pelt, pouring flattery over her. It would all be to reach that central goal: her unyielding devotion to him. But now he understood devotion; devotion that sprang form love. While Shanook spoke to the femme and simultaneously yelled insults at them, Miro pressed close to Idess so he could speak to her.
"Idess, I'm . . . sorry I dragged you down with me." It was the brute's first and most sincere apology. He had been brought up to believe that nothing, nothing, was his fault. But somehow, somewhere along the way, he had matured and outgrow those old lies.

IdessCan you practice what you preach?"Get moving, you two useless wastes of valuable life!"
The alabaster femora stumbled after her master, not only her pride faltering, but her bodice. It had been a long night that she'd spent outside the pack's normal sleeping area, cold and alone besides Miro's just as skinny form. Waking up to an enraged Shanook hadn't been the best event either. Leaving at o-dark thirty, the trio had left the camp, half walking and stumbling to their new temporary home. It now dawned on Idess what this place was that they were being herded to was; a training regimen, a place to control slave's rebellion emotions. They're trying to strip me of my personality! Let these fools try--I'll never bow. Idess's more assertive mind kicked in and the vixen lifted her head, closely listening to the interaction between Shanook and this new fem that appeared on the far horizon.
"You bet we'll be a handful! I'm not gonna let some little princess of a wolfess teach me manners--I decide for myself, thanks."
Idess spat quickly, disregarding her position compared to the others. The failure of her old pack still raged deep within the previous Alpha somewhere, a calling that still sounded. Her fur fell flat though when Miro's form moved in towards her, a fire of uncontrollable love flaming large for him.
"Idess, I'm . . . sorry I dragged you down with me."
Idess's genuine smile graced her chiseled maw, rubbing itself softly across his. It had been months since this kind of love and butterflied stomach had been in her presence. The vixen had missed it, an the power that she now gazed at Miro with was sure to send him flying. The mere thought of finding someone to be with even after Dem made her tingle with excitement, reliving her younger and naive days.
Idess slowly watched Shanook for a reaction towards their clear love for each other, relishing the feeling. This was thing the stubborn baron would never break. The creamy female trusted Miro; her veins coursed with devotion for him, found in some new reservoir of commitment. The times ahead of them would be rocky, that was for certain; but Ides was determined not be undermined by the fae that stood in front of her. She wouldn't let her heritage and pride be stripped from her again. With sparkling optics of gold liquid, Idess's soft and angelic reply fell from her mug.
"I wouldn't have it any other way, Miro. As long as I'm with you. . .nothing can stop me."
Idess would fight the world for him. It wasn't something she made herself do; she wanted to. She wanted to prove herself, wanted to show herself that she wasn't the stubborn and lustful vixen she'd been before, wanted to show her adopted pack what a fighter she was. It had to be different this time. Would you turn the other cheek?

Miss Havisham These old eyes,Havisham made her way from her warm den down the path to the place where masters dropped off their slaves. Today Master Shanook was bringing Miro back and apparently another new slave. Havisham had sent Dawn to bring the threesome to her but she was having second thoughts now. The girl was made of steel but it was coming close to china's birthday and Dawn always became depressed around this time. So Havisham had dragged herself from her soft moss bed and had painfully made her way up the hill. Panting hard she managed to get to the top. At the bottom she saw the three already their with Dawn who was paying absolutely no attention to what was going on.
That girl, mumbled Miss Havisham.
She started into a fluid run no sign of the pain in her bones evident in her stride. She reached the end of the hill just in time to hear the female speak brash words,
"I wouldn't have it any other way, Miro. As long as I'm with you. . .nothing can stop me."
Havisham smiled, a wicked bitter smile and greeted Shanook and the other two,
Hail, Alpha and Omega's.
Sidling up to Dawn she dismissed the wolf with a flick of her tail. She obediently left the gathering, probably to go brood somewhere. Sitting her rump upon the cold ground, Havisham examined the new slave and re-examined Miro. He seemed to be in low spirits. Perfect time for training, but it would be better to keep him away from the female. She apparently thought love would get her through Havisham's "training." A scowl came upon the wolf's lips as if she had eaten a lemon. She hated the word love, it was a joke. Now usually Havisham was fair in her dealings with slaves, but in this case she would be merciless.
No need for you to stick around Master Shanook. I know the perfect places for these slaves.
She howled and from the bushes came two figures, one small and the other larger than Shanook himself. They were some more friends of her. She only used them with the worst slaves. And these two were as bad as a slave could get, one a runaway, and the other in love!
Slaves, meet Brick and Brack. Friends of mine visiting. I'd be careful of the little one, he's the cruel sort.
The little arctic wolf smiled at the Omega's. He was obviously still a pup but his gaze looked to be as old as Havisham's. The Great Plain's wolf was standing behind him emotionless. He was the silent sort, Brack did all the talking, but he was always their to back the little wolf's words.
Brick and Brack will be Slave Idess' "teachers" and I will take care of Miro. You will not be escaping again. see more than you might wish. ((ooc. Well I was not expecting that. Brick and Brack are my inactive charries. I randomly decided to bring them in this. ))

(ooc: let's just say that Shanook glares at the Omegas, says nothing, nods towards Miss Havisham, and leaves. Lol. I just don't feel like RPing it out right now...)
