Teauge
Things have changed for me, and that's okay
I feel the same, I'm on my way, and I say
Things have changed for me, and that's okay
[/color][/blockquote][/blockquote]A slim male moved on a brisk pace next to a larger male. The slim one wore the look of a slave, with his scarred eye and slight demure attitude, but with a deep fierceness glowing in his fog-like eyes. The master nudged him along as they moved towards the rock. The black-pelted slave moved quicker than the master, almost in the show of dominance. When the master that pushed him along realized that, he made the young slave male move on a slower pace, so he was just barely ahead of him. The slave looked down at the deep, long green grass that tickled against his jet black paws. The scent of the gresh grass filled his dark nostrels as he glanced around, almost looking a bit realived as the Auction Rock became faster approaching. He snarled slightly as the master nipped at his hindquarters to enter the nearby cage. The master shared a slightly shocked expression with a nearby slave, but another, older female slave in the nearby cage just seemed to have an amused expression. "Good riddance." The master grumbled, smashing the door shut with his nose and letting out a growl. "No wonder nobody wanted you." The dark black slave moved near the front of the cage and kept a glance at the lock.
Teague glanced at the amused slave, giving the older female a glare. "Hey. I'm back." He grumbled. He was a regular here, as humans where regular at stores, or heck, even walking into a home. It wasn't that Teague was a bad wolf, wasn't that he wanted to hurt anybody or disobeyed, it was mainly just because he was a clever wolf. Trying to watch things and calculate. It was always Teague's slightly snappy attitude and wanting to learn that sent him back to the Rock. He was always not wanted because the masters seemed to think he was plotting against him. Teague just wanted to work hard, to become a higher ranked wolf. To actually, someday, have his own land, his own pups. He wanted to teach them the things that Dire had taught him, he wanted them to grow up with a mother, unlike he did. He wanted to die happy, die saving someone he loved, like Dire. All he wanted was to leave this life behind and become someone. Anyone. Not to be known as the unruly, clever slave, but as Teague.
The black male had a slight muscular build. Yet his foggy golden eyes seemed to be watching every movement in the shadows. His sharp nose seemed to sniff out every scent needed to smell. Teague wasn't a clever, lying brat like the other masters said, he just liked knowledge and to know what the heck was going on. Teague nosed at the edge of the cage, moving his nose to try and open the cage. He wanted a chance to be free, he wanted it so bad, but he also knew to do that, he had to obey, work as a slave, so he could someday grow up the rankings. All masters could say that Teague had the potental, but many didn't have the attention span to last with Teague's sharp comments and watchful eyes. The other slaves would just ignore him, and after a while, it's been longer and longer the time he spent at the horrid rock. He'd go days stuck here, longer and longer days. Teague rubbed the side of his head on the bars, his large, almost puppy-like eyes glanced out in an almost pleading glance. He knew he was getting towrds the last straw. If Teague kept up at this, he would get killed. Like Dire did. For disobedience.
The large, black male sat down near the edge of the bars, his pale gold eyes watching forward and sharp black nose pointing forward in interest. Teague grumbled slightly in anger and a slight annoyance, but underneath the grumble, you could see the slight desperate whine underneath.
