Quitting

Hey Guys,

Yes the title is true, I am probably quitting. Why? Well for the simple fact that no one has posted in my posts, besides Kaddie, in like a week. I have three character's here and only one has had interaction with another character. Frankly I'm kinda peeved cause with so many members I thought maybe someone would post. Either my posts suck or nobody wants to rp with a new person. Sorry to bother you all.

;-; I find it very silly to quit over that. Most people on here are busy, trust me, and may not have seen your post even if you told them about it. I'm sure you're a very good RPer and have lots of potential, you just have to be patient. If it makes you feel any better, I have a master I can post with you; he needs to do something. xP

Ruffles, it takes time. Look at Tarb. She was ready to kill someone until they posted. I've had posts sitting there for months, likewise with Tarb. Just give it some time.

Ruffles, please reconsider. This is school time and hardly anybody has enough free time to do well post. It's not easy for alot of people to post, so give it a little time. During winter/spring breaks and summer vacation it'll get better. I promise.

*nods* It takes time to get into a RPG community. Integrating your characters into the mainstream is challenging, but if you STICK with it-- well worth it.

I'm new to this site, too, but I am very pleased with the activeness and the quality of rpers here. That is enough for me to stay, lol, I'll become notorious somehow! My psychology major and english and spanish minor will not be to no avail!! lol...erm...jk.

I actually, unlike everyone else, think it is a perfectly acceptable reason to quit. I've thought about quitting rping again because it seems like I unintentionally seem to kill my own threads, and any threads I post on. thats why, at first, I created like... four-five characters. then I realized that no matter how many characters I have, the only way I'll get replies is if I roleplay by myself, and I've thought about doing that, too.

it's really annoying, and I'm pretty much only on sobibor now for chatting. if nothing else, you can stay for the cbox company :3

Anyway... don't quit because of that! If someone's constantly picking on you, or no one is acting at all like a friend, then that's a reason to leave. It takes some time.

Ruffles, girlie, I have no time to post but that's just me. You see, it is a lot easier to get into posts if you just ask somebody. We are all busy people, and so when you focus in on constant RPing it is hard to always get what you want. And actually, RP season is typically from march-august and december-february. So if you stick around patiently, I can guarrantee an influx of new members will boost up who you post with. Give us some time, you will find some other active RPers. However, most of sobibor is facing lots of homework, like myself, and we will get to you as soon as possible.
