ArroLife is a blitz.Thudda' thump. Thudda' thump. Thudda' thump. Equine hooves danced along the beaten trail, a path of scents alone guiding the dappled mare. Arro. After being forgotten and practically thrown out of countless herds, she was wandering along to try again. Her head was lowered as she came to a slow halt, her optics almost shut in the early morning of which she moved. Tired the lass was, but instinct drove her to find a safe home, or a perfect haven. Whiplash struck out in the darkness, slashing away wary flies that found her delectable. Arro let her pinked nares sigh hard moving her chiseled head upward, wondering where she was.
The mare was a striking one, her mane the color of a pure white cascade on her arch. Her bodice was bred to be fast in motion; she had outran everyone since her very birth. But those days seemed long ago, compared to where she was now. The days of free falling love, happiness, and contentment. But no one can have everything for always. It had been stripped from her, killed off like a pesky ant. Her family had been the one, sole cause. If only it hadn't ended so tragically.
The sun was slowly slinking into view and Arro deemed it time to show herself. Maybe the owner of this land would be nicer, and more interested, than the last. She could only hope. Her head threw it's self skyward, a simple neigh of loneliness released. She wanted to be home.
ooc- I PROMISE the next one will be better. I have to get into the groove with her. xD

Phantom's ShadowThe call sounded through the valley, alerting all equines to a new presence. The neigh was filled with loneliness and despair; a haunting tune indeed. The onyx mare who answered did not seem to noticed the emotion wrapped inside the call, but let out her reply strong and clear, announcing her arrival with a much fanfare as a parade. Phantom's Shadow was the femme's name, and in her mind, she deserved a parade going before her wherever she went.
"If you have business here, state it now, or leave in silence."
Phantom was blunt and to the point with her greeting, if it could be called that. She was not here to entertain this stranger, the stranger was here to have its one chance to impress the mighty ruler of Zephyr. This vixen had better present a good reason for coming here; Phantom did not take lightly to foolish wanderers.
Today, however, the witch would have welcomed a troop of stallions in if only they would impress her. Zephyr was pitifully small, and even Phantom's pride could not change that fact. She yearned for some horse to come blow her away, to give her a good reason to let the animal into her herd. Of course, the fae's said pride made that almost impossible.
Would this mare do the impossible? Absolute Ruler Ooc- Sorry mine isn't so good, I've been sick all day.
