Ruby
My eyes search for you, but you hide!
Ruby pounced upon a bird, she happily laughed, and released it, just so she could pounce upon it again. It scuttle away, shrieking in horror. She giggled and pounced again, her anger was unleashed upon the bird. It was a bird that didn't fly much, bu she didn't know why, or what species it was. Oh well it was a bird, no? Ruby giggled with delight, her brown eyes searching for the little dicky bird. She laughed and pounced on it again, and lefted her paw, letting it run off. This time, she was tired enough to completely stop. She sighed and layed in the tall grass. Ruby smiled, missing Quill. She wished her little brothers were here. She liked thinking of them as little becuase she was eldest. She giggled with delight, rolling in the grass. How dare her mother say she needed an attitude adjustment! She howled with laughter, when her imagnation took control. She wondered if when she was old enough, if she could escape her horrid life, and turn on Thunder. But she shook her small head and sighed. she let her imagnation rule, again.
After taking a quick nap, she saw fresh snow falling. She giggled and pawed at the ground, her eyes showed no fear. She pounced on a snow star, but it melted. She snorted with antcipation and wanted time to be endless. But no. Ruby grinned a foolish grin and instead, pounced on the snow, seeing how deep it went. Half an inch. How long has she slept? She shrugged that off. Ruby sighed and snudged the snow with her nose, trying to catch a whiff of a rodent. There was a faint, old, scent of a rabbit, but it was no use trailing it, so she sat, completely bored. Her mother warned her not to bully while bored. So she chewed on some rocks, an accidently swallowed one. Ruby gagged and chocked, her eyes watered, and it finally went down. She gasped and collapsed onto the ground, laughing. That was fun, even though it hurt. She giggled again. Her mother told her everyday had a lesson, well... Lesson of the Day: Do not chew on rocks, even if you are bored.
