Lightning trotted in the land. As her pups were gone, yeh, she wanted more. Of course she wasn't going to leave her pack again, she would even think it. She just wanted to be impregnanted and then leave. If he didn't have a pack, she would gladly lead him away. Her auds pricked at everything, trying to make out if there was any male near. Oh how her father and brother would kill her, but honestly she didn't care. Lightning licked her chops, as hungry as she was.
Lit smelled a bare tree. It stank of cherries. It used to be a cherry tree. Her delicate paws balanced on the tree as she stood on her back legs. She wished she could climb like the squirrels could. A bird nest. That meant eggs. What a rarity. Nobody could ever get them done, but she had tasted them before. She loved them. Her tail swished in desire to climb. Stupid birds. Building nests in trees.
An hour past. She was munching on a freshly caught badger. Wow, guts. She wasn't too beat up though. She lost a bit of fur on her flank, scratch here, bite there. Nothing she called much. Perfectly fine. Her eyes twinkled as she looked at the badger's dead face. Still snarling. She laughed loudly.
