Rehab Revolution is based on a government's hate for a new breed of people that wishes to be recognized as legal citizens in the year 2081. The Theriantherope ground gained their legal status despite the will of the government and some of the extremest hate groups.
Of course this didn't come without some heavy payment. Unfortunately because of the extreme 'therope revolutionary groups they gained a bad image. Lies were quickly spread across the government controlled areas and everyone turned against the Theriantherope's, eventually this caused a holocaust domino effect. Many revolutionaries were killed, or arrested for 'conspiring against the government'. Years later, survivors of the first revolution banded together to form a new revolution that grew quickly, however, it failed due to an inside job.
Now, it is the year 2081 and much of the second generation revolutionary group is in the General Halo Rehabilitation Center, and they've lost their citizen status. Their goal now is to be freed before the government takes their unique gift of transformation and turns them into a true weapon of biological destruction. The only problem is, they don't trust their own kind, or their once fearless leader that is also locked up in the center. Now they fight and struggle to regain their courage, trust and will to fight for their freedom that's been denied so many times.
