[[Not much muse for a starting post sorry ]]
It wasn't all that warm in the air today, in fact most wolves might have found it quite cold, but her her body was quite hot, almost over heating. She had left her territory for awhile, intending to possibly find some slaves who would love to live under kind rule, but for the moment just enjoy her privacy. Sabine flicked her tail out about her, running straight into the stream that she knew would cool her. Lowering her muzzle to the cool liquid that was going up to her knees, she lapped at it with her pink tongue, drinking a lot of it in one go.
Her dark eyes surveyed the scene of absence before her, wondering whether another wolven would turn up, they often did after all. Taking a deep breath, she plunged fully under the cool liquid, feeling the water wash over all of her back, even behind her ears, cooling her high body temperature almost immediately. Soaked to the skin, she got out of the stream, taking another drink from it, she shook herself to dry her coat a little bit, her tail wagging mindlessly as she thought about a game of play with someone.

Panting slightly as he went Hiroshi hated this place already, he knew he wouldn't be staying here long. His thick pelt made it difficult to cool down, but equally as difficult to dry off as he peered into the crisp clear water of the steam near him. He scanned his surrounds warily he really didn't trust this place one bit, it was almost too quiet. He had wandered here in hopes of finding a good area to find a meal. The sniffed the wind as it blew slightly he picked up many scents, but one in particular stood out to him. The scent of a female, not to far away, he really hoped he wouldn't run into any other wolves today, he didn't want to be leaving this area already without hunting first. He tried to scent prey before he came in contact with this wolf, but the sound of splashing water pulled his attention.
He turned his glaze and found a lithe gray form drinking from the steam. Oh great I was hoping not to run into her. He was hoping she hadn't noticed him yet. He went to brake into a run, but he went to step forward and bird called loudly from a tree near him making him freeze in place. Stupid bird she will look this way now... body move. Hiro managed to get three steps in as he glazed at her hoping she wouldn't look over at him. His white pelt made him stand out and even if she didn't look directly at him she would notice him if he didn't hurry.
OCC: sorry it has been a while since I RPed I hope that was okay.

It was mainly because she was wet really. Being so soaked to the skin sent most of her senses into overdrive, and suddenly she became hyper aware of anything, and was mostly yearning for someone to play with. All reasonable thoughts of finding pack members to build her protection, and slaves that she could free had left her mind, she was reduced to the desires of a puppy. She had been about trot off and looking for some animals to chase, when she heard a bird call in a nearby tree.
Her head shot round, looking for the bird that had attracted her attention so quickly- ... when her gaze fell upon that of a wolven who had frozen to the spot. Sniffing cautiously at the air, she picked up his scent, recognising that he was a male, and a rather handsome one too. Her ears flicked forward, her tail that had been sauntering slowly from side to side, thwacking madly suddenly. She wanted to play. Sabine hesitated, her dark eyes exploring his form as she stood, as still and statue like as he was, observing him for a moment as she tried to make her mind up.
Holding an almost fight like stance, she leaped forward, dashing over to him, her tail wagging madly as she got to him, keeping a good two or three feet from him. She could smell and see that he did not have the submission of a wandering slave, or even nervous free roamer. He was either a master, or a very strong willed free roamer, she cared whether he was neither, one nor the other, she just acted, lowering her chest to the floor, her back end in the air as she woofed playfully, wondering if he would chase her.

Hiroshi nearly jumped out of his fur when she came trotting over to him looking for what he assumed was a fight. His fur bristled a bit when she stopped only a few feet from him. Her wet fur clung to her in such a way he could see her her thin frame below her pelt. He wondered how something almost as skinny as him posed an sort of threat. His light eyes met her dark ones as he searched her features for answers to his surge of questions. He looked at her dumb founded as he watched her closely as she sang into a playful stance. He stepped backwards slightly, he had never met a wolf that acted like this. He almost wasn't sure how to react. He wasn't good in these kinds of situations, other than his litter mate he had never "played" with anyone before.
He waited a few moments before he decided what to do... he wasn't sure if it was a trick or not. When she continued the action he knew she was serious. He wander for a moment if there was something wrong with her or had he mistakenly judged her age. He looked her over once more and realized she was nearly the same age as him, if not a little older. He knew he had lived apart from other wolves and knew little about reactions between packs, but still he knew not to ever approach a normal stranger like this. Then who was he to talk about being normal he was far from it. Could she tell that from looking at me, was it that obvious? He shook is head slightly before deciding to make a move.
He slowly got into a his pathetic version of a "play stance". He wagged his tail slightly unsure what she would do next. He whined softly and turned it into a muffled howl to show his excitement. He hoped his slight feeling of fear didn't manifest, or the fact he was so inexperienced in this sort of game. He wondered what kind of game they would play if she was really serious. He slightly wished for a chase, he could run, he knew that was one skill he possessed.
OOC: I hope that was okay... I am slowly getting bad into the swing of things... and finding RPing style again.

Sabine was obviously not one of the best sustained wolves of this world, but then again she had been hunting alone for months now. There was very little that a wolf, even as brilliantly skilled as her, could bring down alone, and so so far she had only managed to bring down and catch smaller things. She had tried to catch a horse, but that had been months ago, and she had ended up with a kick in the shoulder, which was still very slightly tender, if you put a lot of pressure on it. Impatience filled her saint like form as she stood there, most likely making a fool out of herself, if this wolf did not catch on soon to her intentions and start to play with her.
Even though she had no desires to fight with him, though it was not something that she feared, she grew quickly annoyed with this wolf. What did it take for this fool to understand what she wanted? Perhaps he had not been socialised as a pup, and barely knew how one was supposed to act towards another of their own kin, after all, her own brothers had been rather...awkward at interacting with other wolves. The rapid amount in which her skinny tail had been wagging slowed somewhat, she was lacking in the energy now to stand here, dripping wet, and still wag her tail like she were two months old.
A grin formed over her maw as she read the wonderous expressions on his face, he probably wondering whether she was mad or not. Many a wolf had wondered that of her, and still, she cared nothing for what others thought of her, though if they voiced their opinions...then that was another matter entirely. Her tough beauty shone threw her scruffy coat, which was slightly matted where it was being rubbed out in exchange for her smoother summer coat, which when it was fully apparent, would be absolutely beautiful. Her excitement shot through her like an electric shock when he lowered into a rather weaker version of a play stance, but it was an attempt nonetheless.
Despite her lanky, and somewhat thin appearance for the moment, she herself had long and slender legs, and was a very talented runner, though she did not know that this male wolf was. Suddenly she lunged half a step forward, snapping lightly as if she were going to bite for him, but then she turned tail, flicking the tip of it at his nose, she dashed off back down the slight incline she had come up. Digging her claws into the mud beneath her, she ran as fast as she could forming quite a wide circle, glancing behind to see whether the male wolf was at least following, or changing his tactics. ooc:

Hiroshi eyes flashed with excitement when she made it known that she wanted him to chase her. His heart leap as well and his paws moved instantly. He hesitated no longer after she had began to run, in seconds he was already hot on her paws. For the first time he left his voice carry to her, teasing her, "I suggest you get moving now as fast as you can." He grinned slightly revealing the tips of his white fangs. He would make sure she regretted asking him to chase her for instead of her winning he would make sure to win. He was nearly on top of her already and her scent began to overwhelm him. He had never been this close to a female, only his mother. For a second the memory flashed before his eyes, but shaking it away he inhaled again taking in her sweet scent, he never wanted to forget it.
He wasn't sure if she spoke to him or not, his ears didn't receive her voice, but he watched her as she broke into a run. He followed her, nearly matching her pace in seconds. He would show her just how slow he was. The pace of his trot instantly increased and he nearly caught her once again.
OCC: sorry it isn't very long I don't have a whole lot of time before I have to go to school.

She would not 'let' him win this game, as in she would not lay down and pretend she couldn't run any further. Since she was no longer in her own pack lands, and had nothing to prove to this stranger, she would have thought nothing of being conquered in this one game, in fact it might be fun to see what his strengths were. Though as she glanced around behind herself, it became apparent that one of his strengths was definitely running, as he had almost caught her twice, she better run faster.
Sabine started to put more into her pace, she didn't put everything she had into it, but she put a hell of a lot more effort in as she stretched out and galloped like a race horse. Granted, on the flat in a equal, straight race, she might have lost to his slightly larger form, but then again, she was quite well skilled in the area of agility. It was definitely in her mind to flirt with this wolven, though at that precise moment in time, her thoughts were not so much on what he smelt and looked like, it was more how she was going to out wit him.
Without the slightest indication in her body language that she was going to slow, she suddenly pulled all of her weight backwards, stopped dead, and darted right before he smacked straight into the back of her. She had done this many times when playing with her tough brothers as a pup, and being a smaller wolf, if you did it wrong, you got flattened and hurt by accident. But now she was a pro at it, and performed the move perfectly, daring to nip at his hind quarters as she ran off again in the opposite direction from where they had started, trying to think of what to do next.

The shock of her actions quickly fled his mind as his determination to show his worth to this she-wolf took over. He turned and took off in her direction forming his own plan to trick her as well. The trees around him when thicken and his pace was getting hard to keep when he had to evade so many trees to keep up with her. Then he had the perfect idea and he smiled again slightly. His eyes blazed with desire to win, desire to show her he was capable. Her game was beginning to break his thick ice that surrounded his heart; she was the companion he longed for once again. Without even knowing it himself he was opening up to her, to this stranger unlike he even had before. His pounded loudly in his ears as her scent once again overwhelmed him, his scents screamed out making his slow down for a moment.
Regaining his mind set he started to put his plan into action. He weaved through the trees scanning for the perfect spot to start. His eyes narrowed as he found it. He twisted his body enough to get out from being directly behind her. He quickened his pace enough to where he was nearly matching her pace so that he was only feet from her. Then he stopped dead in his traces and launched himself into the air. He landed almost on top of her and he nipped playfully at her back. He wondered how she would react to his attack.
OOC: you can choose how to recover from his attack. Sorry I almost ran out of time again.

Somewhere, a little deeper in her thoughts than out to out wit this male wolf, she was attempting to test him, having already taken a liking to him. Sabine was rarely one to make rash decisions and be impulsive, but it he proved himself to her, and she thought that he could cope, she would most likely ask for him to join her pack. Some deeper sort of affection was there for him too, he was quiet for the moment, she was never one to like a wolf who was too mouthy, but she would love have someone who would be a little jealous over her, as long as he respected her space.
Because her form was so slim, it was easier for her to weave in and out of the narrow tree trunks, though a couple of time when she misjudged it by centimetres, she knocked herself slightly on the ribs. But she was a tough girl, and thought nothing of it as she kept going, feeling him get closer to her all the time. For the first time in months she was genuinely having fun, her sopping wet coat had already started to dry as her body heat got warmer and warmer, and now it was only slightly damp, and quite soft and clean. When she glanced over briefly to find out where he was, it turned out that he was almost matching her pace, and was only feet from her, in the game that was bad, but in her mind, it meant that he could keep up with her. Good.
Suddenly he disappeared from view, and she felt his weight on her back lightly as it started to come down on her. She wasn’t going to give up any time soon, but she was secretly excited by his actions, but she was also intending to test him to at least his limits, if not her own too. Sabine stopped dead and flattened herself to the floor, quite successful with her skinny frame, since they had stopped running now, she found his tail, she nipped at the end of it, playfully mouthing on the end of it in an attempt to annoy him, and drench his tail his drool. ooc: Np, haven't got much time myself. ;D

He flicked his tail away from her very annoyed at the fact she was getting him wet, he hated being wet. He hoped his attempt to hide the fact that he was annoyed was successful. His eyes flickered with amusement semi hoping she wasn't going to give in that easily. Now would she take to his lead, he yipped softly and then leap over her with ease. He landed lightly on his paws and then instantly broke into a swift gait. The picked up speed slightly wondering if she would chase him. He wondered if she could out wit him again, or if he would win this round.
An overwhelming smell grabbed his attention and he looked away for a moment. The sound of wings flapping took his fully attention away from her. The hunger that nipped his his form made him approach the bird. It took flight in fear of the charging wolf and in seconds he leap into the air after it. Catching it by surprise as his jaws quenched around it. He bite down and then softly landed on the ground below, he dug a hole and mentally made a note of where it was so he could come back. He turned his gaze back to her and in seconds he was back to their game and he was off again. He wondered what she thought of his hunting skills , but the thought passed his mind and his full attention returned to outwitting her. He watched her waiting for her to chose what she was going to do.

A loud bark sounded from the depths of her throat suddenly, surprising the little bugs and animals in the soil beside her, she was trying to grab his attention. To her, as far as she could tell, he might as well have had a sign stamped to his forehead saying ‘I am annoyed’, but she wasn’t frightened or worried by it, in fact she actually found it quite funny. This was all part of her foolish puppy behavior which she had adopted for the moment, and as he moods changed quite often, you could get her doing all kinds of things.
Startled in the slightest, she glanced over as he leapt over her, rather impressed by his agile abilities, though she said and showed nothing for the moment, she was, on some level, testing him after all, and she didn’t want to give the answers away. Though she could have easily if she had wanted, instead of chasing him, she just sat down, playfully ignoring him as if he weren’t there, and licking the underside of her front paw, starting to groom herself in a mild attempt to dry off. Her attention was stolen by the sounds of a bird as it called out loudly, seeing that he had seen it too.
Though part of her desired to gallop after it and fight him for it, the rest of her controlled her actions, and she sat there quietly, observing in silence. As he was burying his kill, a warmth of acceptance showed in her eyes momentarily, though she took up chase instantly, galloping over to him. Stretching out more into an even gait, she caught up with him suddenly, nipping at the end of his tail playfully, only holding it lightly between her teeth briefly, with no intentions of harming, just, as before, grabbing his attention. He growled playfully at he as he crouched slightly and then with all the force he could make he leap, right over her. He landed lightly directly behind her and then took off. He didn't look back once as he raced away wondering if she was surprised by his actions. He headed back the way they had come in hopes of finding the creek. She wanted a chase he would give her a chase. The light sound of water rang in his ears as he turned towards the noise. The creek was now in sight as he weaved through the trees with ease. His paws pounded the ground blocking all sounds from his ears now as the sound of water flowing took over as he leap across it.
Once he landed he turned slightly to see she was there seeing her form nearing him he took off once more weaving through the tree he knew he would have to out run her at all costs he couldn't hide his white pelt in this place. He scanned the distance for anything he could use to his advance. His eyes rested on a large tree with a huge boulder next to it, he would use that to his advance. He leap once more when he was close enough to the boulder and use it to get around the tree. once on the ground again he slowed his pace slightly for a moment to catch his breathe and to see how close she was to him. Her scent surrounded him once more as he use what little energy he had left to run for the last time in this chase. This was the last time in this little game of theirs that he would be able to run this fast through the trees. He turned once more at the thought of his prey buried back in the open field. He headed for the creek once more with the thought of food in his nagging belly, he wondered if he would reach the creek before she would catch him again.
OOC: sorry it took me so long to reply school has kept me so busy.
