Second Sun is a post-Breaking-Dawn Twilight fan RPG played on a play-by-post basis. It is geared towards the intermediate to advanced roleplayer, with no minimum or maximum word limit, just a minimum quality standard. Roleplayers of all levels are, of course, more than welcome, from beginner to expert and beyond. Canons are available, as are a few staff positions.
It’s a few years since the Cullens brought so many of their friends and acquaintances together to defeat the Volturi, and Renesmee is now an adolescent. The Cullen house is chaotic enough as it is. The last thing they need is another problem. But that’s exactly what’s popped up. There’s a new coven in town, and another new coven in Seattle. Not only that, a breeding pair of werewolves has moved into the area as well! Forks is no longer the sleepy little logging town it once was. The Volturi are planning on coming for a rematch, under the excuse of eliminating the werewolves, and this time they won’t hold back.
With all the new vampires in town, the wolf-shifter population down at La Push has exploded again. There are now three packs, and many think that they’ve only just scratched the surface on the possible population. Contact has been made with shifter packs of other species as well, including one group of foxes, and wily little things they are!
It looks like this might escalate into all-out war between the Cullens and the Volturi. The Cullens will, of course, be backed up by their allies, the Quileute wolf packs (or at least, the two main ones – the third is as yet an unknown entity), but the Volturi have a formidable arsenal of gifts, not least those of the witch twins, Alec and Jane. They also have superior numbers – unless the Cullens can find unexpected allies in the new vamps in town.
Choose your side. Fight your fights. The outcome of this is up to you.
It's brand new, heaps of fun (or at least it will be) and with some awesome ideas for not only the future, but also the past!! The admin is open to any and all suggestions, too, and your characters don't have to be strictly within the canon limitations (though we would like them to be close). There is no minimum or maximum word count, but we do expect quality posts. But yeah, SS is going to be AWESOME.
