Full Name: Levo (which would be pronounced as if the v is a w)
Nickname: Ray
Breed: Arabian X Quarter Horse
Height: 15.0 hh
Gender: female
Appearance: A lanky build makes Ray look tall from a distance, though truthfully she isn’t really that tall. She has long legs and small hooves. Her head is wedge-shaped and her muzzle is narrow. From her thin back, it sprouts on the end of an arched neck. Her coat is sorrel, not varying except for to darken about her spine. Her mane and tail are slightly darker and her nose is black. She has dark eyes.
Age: Four years
Personality: Ray is terribly shy. She speaks very little, always preferring to just blend in with the crowd. She has a low tolerance for pain and is therefore quite obedient out of fear. She can be described as nervous most of the time. She often messes up her speech out of discomfort, though she speaks softly enough that it isn’t often noticed. Usually, even her masters don’t realize she’s around. But is that a bad thing?
History: Ray was the second born of twins, the heirs of the land she was born to. Her mother passed away in the birthing of her and her sister, Sun. She had to be raised by another mare, who had recently lost a foal.
One day, after her father had been beaten in a challenge and banished, the mare that raised her took her from the territory. They were caught, and though the mare was killed, Ray was spared.
Ray was dumped a Horse Head Field, where she and her sister patiently awaited to be claimed. Her sister was claimed first, and Ray never saw her gain. She was claimed by a kind master, who led his herd with passion rather than terror. Despite being in a practical paradise for slaves, she grew distant and quiet. She stayed there for most of her life.
Then, on one terrible evening, she was framed for the death of the master stallion’s lead mare. Mad with rage, he punished he punished her harshly. She was beaten until she could hardly walk. Disgusted at her sight, he then very soon abandoned her at Horse Head Field. She was ignored for a long time, pulling a chameleon act and blending with the crowd. Once her wounds healed, though, she gained more interest from masters. And then, a mare that looked oddly like her was abandoned in the pen next-door...
