It's Like I'm {P A R A N O I D}

The fine black claws tapping into the ground ever so silently like a small rhythm that only the female was used to; her harks laid flat across her broad skull. The brute like body being forced onwards to anywhere she could find, just somewhere with food and a shelter, though not appearing too distressed for what she required. Her heart beat weak with exestuation and legs ready to buckle if she was to suddenly stop. Her eyes peered up at the dark sky the stars gleaming their happy grins, and the moon mocking her, the cold nightly winter breeze flowing through her blemished pelt. Her black leather nose sniffed the air she peered over her shoulder ensuring she wasn’t being followed yet she felt someone watching her. Her head turned back and lowered lightly as that smirk played upon her maw her blue eye gazing the land whilst her amber stayed locked onto were she could smell it. Slowly walking towards a darker patch of shade on the floor, to which above her was a large boulder.

She peered up at it and didn’t careless if it was loose or not her body collapsed into a heap on the ground, forming a small dust cloud to form around her. Her ears now pricked and alert and ready for anything she kept herself still and only her wheezy breathing could be heard in the eerie silence. Her head rested softly upon her front paws and hind legs tucked under her abdomen a quick sigh from her before it looked as if she had totally stopped breathing. Only the odd twitch from her ear was seen when close enough. The rotten stench of the other still around but seemed fainter now that she had moved away from her current path. The dark navy sky kept the area dark, yet the moon give a small light like one of those useless garden lights. The frost visible slightly on the ground as it became colder in the area she wished for it not to worsen as her pelt never kept her warm enough in such weather.

Her eyes snapped open to the small gust of wind that blew by it appeared to her she had been sleeping for hours yet it was only a few moments her eyes had rested. Moving restlessly she shifted upwards into a sit eyeing her surroundings she wondered why it was empty except for that other scent that still lingered her head turned left the right before she eyed the ground, small little ants running. Looking helplessly at them she lowered her maw to the ground and started to nip and lick at them to endeavour and salvage a meal for the night, but with little luck.

Kamikaze

Wind blew through blue tinted fur raising goosebumps along the skin. Paw pads pound the compacted frozen ground. While nails clattered, setting a rhythm to the walk. Kamikaze raised up her head to shake off the snow that was covering her like a blanket. She picked up a little speed, so did the rhythm of her nails. She was returning from Auction Rock empty handed. Kamikaze found no worthy slave and was going home to the warmth of her land. The cold was so bitter it was eating away at her, Kamikaze's paw pads were frozen and sore.

How she wished to be home already. Opening her maw she let out a faint howl, and proceeded home at a faster speed. Looking around there were no foot prints in the snow. Apparently everyone was smart enough to stay inside. Kamikaze was in a full out sprint with one thing in mind, home. The faster I run, the faster I return. She pushed her body onward, despite it disagreeing. She wouldn't let it stop even though it needed to. Kamikaze needed to rest. But before she knew it she skidded to a halt. A scent of another wolf.

Looking around she saw the tired white wolf. Most wolves would feel bad for her, but Kamikaze didn't feel one thing. To her being emotionless had it's benefits. She could walk away and leave her to die and it would never affect her. But perhaps it would be more fun for her to stick around. Kamikaze began to walk toward the wolf but her attention was drawn away as a rabbit shot out from under a bush. She took off after it. Swerving in and out of trees, she lept through the air landing on the rabbit. Quickly killing it, she picked it up and went back toward the other wolf.

Once back she saw the wolf collapse. After further inspection it seemed like she died from exhaustion. But within seconds she started to breath and jumped up. Kamikaze shrugged for she was wrong and the white wolf wasn't dead. She jumped over a bush and made her way over to the wolf. Stupid wolf, ants aren't even food! Once the wolf was done eating Kamikaze placed the rabbit right underneath her head. She had really no intentions on sharing, it never came to mind. "What is your name? I am Kamikaze, and I rule The Black Forest." She waited attentively and picked up her food once more.

Her eyes darted upon the female’s body as the snow stuck to her pelt she bared her eyes, as if looking straight through the black female. With a small darkened frown she narrowed her eyes taking in slowly to what the female had just spoke, as if she could flick her paw and puff Atreyu would be gone. With no sign of emotion playing upon her lost features her jaw parted slightly ready to speak, her orbs still watching right through the female, as if there was another being behind her. With the snow falling and temperature dropping Atreyu began to feel the bitter winter slightly but never let it bother her, as she no longer cared for much these days.

“I’m Atreyu though I highly doubt your extravagant presence would know of me, I’m from the far south.”

Still with the blank gaze she watched through the other femme not caring to what she had to say next and was ready in-case she was to try and pull any immature stunts. Still sat firmly on the cold harsh ground Atreyu’s gaze dragged off slightly upwards to the moon, the white snow falling through the black sky. An unnoticeable smile crept upon her face before disappearing in seconds she peered back at the female wolf taking in all her features and a quick guess to what she was like. Her orbs locked upon the female she gazed down at the rabbit then back at her though used to going weeks without food it never even worried her about taking that rabbit. She stood upon all four pillars and her tail swaying limply behind her. No submission yet no belligerent attitude from Atreyu she waited for the female’s response.

The snow fell from the she wolf’s pelt and onto a mushy heap under her leaving Atreyu’s coat slightly wet and cold. Her impassive stare once again started to bore through the other wolf as if she had slipped into a world of her own, but perfectly aware of what was going on around her. Her harks flicked forwards and started high and erect, tail still drooping between her hind legs as she stood watching the other female.
