-Only one per character at a time
-You must supply the pictures you want used
-You can give me an idea as to what to make it look like, but I may not do it that way.
-Do not say 'hurry up' or 'are you done yet' or anything like that
-Do not complain about the outcome-I will gladly make changes, but only if you ask
-Do not claim any of my work as your own
-Do not edit it in any way except for resizing
-All of my work will be sized the same-250X167
-All of my work will be 'buttonized;' no if's, and's, or but's about it
-I do headshots only-no complaining
-If I can't find a color font that pops out from the banner, I'll probably glitterize it; that'll pop.
-I reserve the right not to make you anything (but that will only happen if you break the rules)

When looking up photos to use to make a banner, I make sure to check that they are not (c). When using flickr.com, I always search under Creative Commons.

I finished it today. It STINKS, but it's posted under Orders. I'd understand if you want it re-done. The picture was so hard to work with... And the only 'teal' I could find was so bright. So I did a greener.
