Luna smiled. "I like that name." She trotted so she could walk beside Darki. "Why is there masters and slaves?" She asked. "Why cant everyone get along?" She was torn between running from the mare and just following and seeing what happened. Taking a deep breath she decided she would just stay by Darki. Looking around the field Lunar saw many flowers and heard some birds chirping. 'I hope she'll just let me go home' Lunar thought niavely but she knew the mare wouldn't.

"Thank you." Darki replied simply. "My mother named me." It took Darki a while to reply to the next question since there really was no answer. "Some horses want others to do things for them, so they buy slaves to do so." They walked through the field and came to the forest. It was nice and quiet there and Darki loved to walk through it. That was where her master had been with her. She missed her master quite a bit, but wanted to help Lunar very much.
